Terms and Conditions

By agreeing for us to start work you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, unless alternative terms and conditions have been discussed, agreed and noted.

All work undertaken will be subject to terms and conditions.

Any materials not purchased by us will have no guarantee or warranty.

Any materials not purchased by us that arrive late, damaged or not fit for purpose will incur additional cost if it delays our progress.

Kitchen designs that have not been done by us and require adjustment may incur additional cost.

Any bathroom preparation work not done by us or not completed before the survey can void the quote and guarantee on work carried out.

Any additional work that is requested once work has begun will be added to the final invoice

Any additional work required that has not been quoted for will incur additional cost. This includes fixtures and fittings at the end of the job. Please make us aware of all work you would like us to do before we start.

All quotes are based on information that has been made available to us on the survey. If this information changes so can the quote.

Any work you feel has been discussed but is not listed on the quote, please contact us immediately so we can update the quote.

Final balance of the invoice is to be paid the same day the invoice has been issued to avoid late fees.

Late payment will incur a late fee charged at 10% per day of the full invoice.

All deposit used to purchase materials will be required a minimum of two weeks before the work is due to start and are non refundable if the deposit has been taken for materials. If the deposit is taken for materials it will be made clear on the quote.

Please note we work extremely hard to never change the price once the work has started. On most occasions there is plenty of time to discuss and modify quotes before the work starts. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you feel there is anything we have missed off the quote you think should be on there, or if you would like to add anything. This must be done before the work starts to avoid any disappointment or confusion over additional cost that have not been listed on your quote
